REVIEW: The Body Shop Vitamin E Eye Cream

5:30:00 AM

I have bad habit in sleeping. I sleep on midnight (01:00 AM or 02:00 AM) because I like browsing internet on my phone so that I have very dark circles around my eyes. I've been doing that since I was 13 years old and I regret so much. So I bought The Body Shop Vitamin E Eye Cream and had high expectation of it.

Voila! It has cute package, small bottle but small amount (pea sized) is enough to cover entire eye area. It claims:

"Helps reduce appearance of fine lines, puffiness and dark circles.
Suitable for all skin types."

It has small tube which is what I like about it :)

It has creamy texture and pinkish color. It has natural scent which I love it.

When I rub it, it is easily absorbed :)

So here is the result: NO CHANGES AT ALL. Omg this is the worst product ever in entire The Body Shop products :(
Seriously, after a month usage there is no changes. However, it's good for daily eye moisturizer. It hydrates my eyes well and you can use it to prevent aging.

In conclusion,
Pros:
  1. Cute package.
  2. Small tube.
  3. No fragrance added.
  4. Has natural scent which I like it.
  5. Easily absorbed if you apply small amount of it.
  6. Good to use as daily eye moisturizer and prevention from aging.
Cons:
  1. Pricey (IDR 179.000,-).
  2. Doesn't work at all on reducing appearance of dark circles.
  3. Feels sticky if I apply more.
I WON'T buy it anymore. Well, I don't use entire bottle because I'm using The Body Shop Moisture White Shiso Eye Serum (will review about it later) and hope it works :)

I don't recommend this if you have dark circles like mine. If you want to prevent for aging or use it as daily hydration, go for it. That's all for this review, send comment if you desire. Bye!
